The Secret Lives

On March 9th, 2010 Katarina Rimarcikova launched her Autumn/Winter collection. This season a menswear capsule collection was introduced complimenting the already existing womenswear line, focusing on a modern take on tailoring with contrast of draping.

The event took place at le Lieu du Design (74, rue Faubourg St. Antoine 75012), a new space in beautiful courtyard near Bastille.

The invited public could view large black and white drawings documenting the process of creating and draping dresses and a text titled, 'What it feels like to wear a Katarina Rimarcikova Dress' all by Chloe Briggs.

A projection of the story through photography and selection of prints from the shoot all by Olaf-Daniel Mayer were part of the exhibition.

Two live models presenting a selection of garments throughout the evening completed the presentation and the universe of "Secret Lives".
